- Ensure your computer is connected to the network.
- Navigate to https://support.brother.com/g/b/downloadtop.aspx?c=us&lang=en&prod=hll2360dw_us
- Select the Operating System and version of your computer.
- Download the full software package and install the drivers.
- Once the drivers are installed, return to the download page and install the Network Connection Repair Tool
- Run the Network Connection Repair Tool and it should add and connect to the printer automatically.
- Print a Test Page
