Creating Websites

When creating a website on InMotionHosting - do not start with a subdomain. Go to addon domains and add the website there.

Adding Google Analytics to Website

1. Log into Google Analytics
2. Go to Admin Section in Bottom Left Hand Corner
3. Click "Create Property"
4. Give the property a name and create the Property
5. Choose Web as the Data Stream and enter in the website URL and create the stream
6. It will load into the Google Tag section, copy the Manual Tag located on the other section
7. Go to your website and log into the WP-Admin
8. Go to plugins and install/activate WP Code Snippets by WP Code
9. Go to the Header/Footer section of the plugin and paste the Google Tag into the header
